So this is the firs time I've posted on a public blog board. I'm hoping to find my way back here daily as I just stumbled upon it again but hopefully can find it back. Things right now are a little or maybe I should say a LOT hectic in my life but one day at a time is what I say.. and also Don't stress what you can't change and right now I can't change much. So here are my goals...
1. I am a Beachbody Coach and will be helping people make changes in their lives for the better
2. I am financially independent within 1 year
3. I am going to the 2011 Summit with Beachbody and working out with all the coaches
4. I am fit and healthy and ready to rock this world well in my 40s.
5. I am available to help anyone and everyone find out what their goals are and set up ways to reach them financially, physically, and health related.
6. I am getting my Fitness Nutrition Certification and Personal Training Certification through ISSA in the next 6 months.
7. I am health and happy and living the life of my dreams.
Living in the present if only for a second through my goals is the way I'm going to reach them. To state them as if they have already happened. And I will come back to them and read them daily. I'm human I screw up and fall off routine but right now routine is P90X and Clean Eating. These are things I am achieving daily and will continue to. Anyone willing to help support me or that wants to come along for the ride here we go.
