Figuring this out
I'm going to get on each day and try to share tips on eating clean and working out that will help others be able to achieve their goals. I started out in Jan of 2006 weighing 220lbs and am currently at 147 and feeling better than I have ever in my life. I've used P90X and other Beachbody programs to get here BUT the main thing that has gotten me to where I am is the eating lifestyle that I have chosen. Which is Eat Clean.. if you've ever heard of the Eat Clean Diet or Clean Eating Magazine.. they really aren't about the typical "diet" but about a lifestyle change and way of eating from the basics and not so much the processed foods. This is the eating that I've adopted and challenge each of you to look into. If your foods have labels longer than 6 ingredients and you can't pronounce many of them then its time to change..
